Demonstrations include:
Joe Bushnell- Gumpaste flower; Truffles using polycarbonate magnetic molds
Kathy Houghton- Hand painted fondant cakes.
Sarelle Weiner-  Jewelry box cake with quilting techniques, textured rolling pins and impression mats; Mold making (sugar and silicone molds), making gumpaste and fondant jewelry.
